This pavilion has been designed as highlight for the installation at Trencin castle [SK] expo, in order to become an integral part of the museum exhibition.
Pavillion 11 construction is made of lightweight steel frame, with additional layers of Perspex sheets and illuminated cables. It is a contemporary structure meeting the historical context. Triangulated, faceted elements creating the dynamics of this transparent canopy floats over the castle space floor.
External lights and video projections are parts of the project – historical castle floor plans projected on the floor of the castle room create a new layer of pattern here. Vertical rays of light illuminate the exhibits under the canopy.
